Anderson, SC - J P Wansley, 58, of 2103 S. Main Street, died Thursday, April 12, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center. 

Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Eloise Woods Wansley and the late J.T. Wansley.  He was a graduate of McDuffie High School and before his illness was employed by Richard Campbell Veterans Nursing Home. 

He leaves to cherish fond memories, his mother, Eloise Wansley, Anderson, SC and five siblings, J C, and Thomas (Lola) Wansley and Inez McDowell all of Anderson, SC; Mary (Levi) Leverette and Mary (James) Underwood, both of Belton, SC. 

Funeral services are 2 pm Tuesday at House of Prayer for All People.  Interment will follow at New Silverbrook Cemetery.

The family is at the home of Mr. & Mrs. James (Maryann) Underwood, 529 Fant Drive, Belton, SC.
