Lonzo (Alonzo) Pressley Obituary
Augusta, GA – Lonzo Pressley, 71, passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Earl and Daisy Lee Story Pressley.
He attended Westside High School, was a veteran of the US Army and was employed as a caddy at Augusta National.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Helen Patton, Paul, Milton and Willie B. Pressley.
He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Hamilton (mother, Gwen Hamilton), granddaughter, Gwendolyn DeNejah Hamilton, all of Anderson, SC; sisters, Lizzie Pressley and Glenola Sullivan, both of Belton, SC; Earline Mauldin and Gloria Pressley, both of Anderson, SC; and Tereasa Pressley, Augusta, GA; brothers, Lonnie Pressley, Anderson, SC; Frank, James Earl and Paul Pressley, all of Augusta, GA.
Memorial services are 3 pm Sunday.
