Arthur Martin, Sr.,  87, of 207 Lee Street, Anderson, SC, widower of Willie Ruth Kay Martin, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at AnMed Hospital.

Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of William and Bertha Clark Martin.

Arthur was preceded in death by his wife, parents, son, Darryl Kay Martin; daughter, Arlene Martin Sullivan, two sisters, Pauline Martin and  Alma Jean Edwards; six brothers, Jim, John, Eugene, William, Wardell, and Joe Martin.

Arthur leaves to cherish fond memories, two sons, Arthur (Pytha) Martin, Jr. and Trand Webb, Valrico, FL; ; daughters, Mona Martin, Fayetteville, NC, Yolanda Webb Martin, Anderson, SC; Shanika Sullivan (Roy Lee), Belton, SC;  Chandra McIntosh (James), Sheba Williams, Fatimah Williams and Melissa Martin, all of Anderson, SC; sister, Barbara Martin, Anderson, SC; brother, Outhe Martin, Columbia, SC; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a beloved son-in-law, Elder Willie Sullivan, other relatives, and many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 am Friday, July 29, 2022, at Zion Church of God Holiness in Anderson SC.

The family is at the home and the home of his sister, Barbara Martin, 115-F DuVall Way, Anderson, SC.
