Bettie Jean Hall, 69, died Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Elliott and Bessie Henry Thompson.

She is survived by two daughters, Christian Edwards of Greenville, SC, and Dorothy Lee Cummings of Augusta, GA. One sister Edmonia Brown of Belton, SC, 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
