David "Miami" Adger, 64, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Prisma Health, Greenville Memorial Hospital. David was the son of the late Early Adger, Sr. and Marie Sadler Adger. David was educated in the public schools of Anderson County and graduated from Belton-Honea Path High School.  He was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and before his illness he was employed at First Quality.

David was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, Early Jr., Edward Sr. and Robert Adger.

David leaves to cherish fond memories his two children, Sharon Jones and Dracus Martin, both of Anderson, SC; one brother, Milford Horace Adger, Sr., Belton, SC; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral service is 1 pm Saturday at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and the body will be placed in the church at 12 noon. Public viewing will be from 2-6 pm Friday at D. B. Walker Funeral Services.

The family is at the home, 401 Belhaven Circle, Belton, SC, and the home of his daughter, Sharon Jones, 2213 Annandale Drive, Anderson, SC.
