Debbie Elaine Payton departed this life, July 27, 2016 at Greenville Health System. Born in Anderson, SC she was the daughter of Jessie Payton and Lucinda Foster Payton Fair.

Debbie is survived by three God-children, Tracy Payton, Tamara (Gerald) Williams, and William Sullivan of Anderson, SC; eight God-grandchildren; three brothers, William, Leroy, and Alphonso Payton, all of Anderson, SC; two sisters, Ludie Martin, and Lillie (Robert) Kay of Anderson, SC. She also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, step-father, Samual Lee Fair, four brothers, Jessie, Bill, Claude, and Alfie Payton; three sisters Beulah Cowan, Judy Sullivan, and Mary Robinson.
