DENNIS LEE BAKER, 71 , of 102 Zelkova Road, Easley, SC, passed away, Tuesday December 5, 2023, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Kansas City, Kansas, he was the son of Lahmond and Shirley Neal Baker.  He was a retired truck driver and a veteran of the U. S. Army.

Dennis was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Debbie Craven.

He leaves to cherish fond memories, his wife, Lisa Shoemaker Baker; mother, Shirley Neal Baker-Silvis, Excelsior Springs, Missouri;  four sons, Christian Cox, Texas;  Travis Baker (Erica Cruz), Forrest City, NC; Mark Baker, Easley, SC and Truman Edwards, Missouri; four daughters, Carrie Ling (Chris), Texas;  Tracy Peterson (John Pope), Cameron, Missouri; Kathryn "Kit" Douglas, and Lindsay Baker (Craig Smith), both of Easley, SC; one sister, Donna Wilkinson, Spickard, Missouri; one brother, Travis Carpenter, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
