Mrs. Fannie Mae Dingle Johnson, 79,  of Starr, SC, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017, at the Rainey Hospice House. She was the widower of Theophilus Johnson and she was born in Anderson County SC. to Charlie and Willie Mae Bell Dingle . She is a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church, a graduate of New Deal School and was retired from AnMed Health Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son, Jimmy Dingle, three brothers, James Willie Dingle, J.C. Dingle, and Charlie Dingle Jr.; and two sisters, Sarah Dingle and Eulean Stephens.

Fannie Mae leaves to cherish fond memories, one daughter, Shirley Dingle; three sons, T.J., Calvin, and Ray Johnson, all of Iva SC; brother Johnny Dingle of Anderson, SC; four sisters Eunice Johnson and Ruby Dingle, both of Starr, SC; Rachel Dingle and Eula Clayton, both of Anderson, SC.; two grandchildren Travis Johnson of Anderson,SC and Spantammie Martin (James) of Starr, SC; and two great grandchildren.

The family is at the home of her granddaughter, Spantammie Martin, 1303 Opry House Road, Starr, SC.
