James T.  Battle (Jimmy)

Pendleton, SC - James Battle, 79, died Friday, August 2, 2019 at the Rainey Hospice House.

James the son of James and Eloise Vance Battle was born in New York and was a high school graduate. He worked as an alterations specialist in New York and after moving to Anderson, SC he worked at Boulevard Lanes.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish fond memories, one sister, Ella Jane Battle, New York, NY; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial services are 11 am Saturday in the Marvin Mattison Memorial Chapel of D. B. Walker Funeral Services with Reverend Ron Moss officiating.

The family ask that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the Rainey Hospice House, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621
