Leroy McAdams, 68 years old, of 64 Jonathans Joy Circle, Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at his home.

Leroy was born on September 6, 1957, to Willie Lee and Sylvene Johnson McAdams.

Leroy was a high school graduate and attended Mt. Carmel CME Church.

Leroy was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Sally Johnson Scott and Ruby McAdams Bobo; two brothers, James McAdams and John L. McAdams.

Leroy leaves to cherish fond memories, one daughter, Tasha (Lonnie) Martin; two sons, Adrian and Ray Johnson, all of Anderson, SC; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four siblings, Dorothy M. Harris (Bobby), of Anderson, SC; Anthony McAdams (Patrice), of Fountain Inn, SC; Bessie McAdams (Nori) of Sunrise, Arizona; and Richard McAdams (Anna Marie) of Lake Wells, Florida.

Funeral service is 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Mt. Carmel CME Church with public viewing from 10 a.m. to – 12 noon at D. B. Walker Funeral Services, and the body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m.

The family is at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Lonnie and Tasha Martin, 130 Green Tree Road, Anderson, SC.
