Outhe Martin, 89, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Forest Acres Post Acute Nursing Home in Columbia, SC.

Born in Starr, SC, Outhe was the son of the late William and Bertha Clark Martin. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by siblings, Alma Jean Edwards, Pauline, Arthur Sr., Johnny, Jimmy, Eugene, Sr., William, Wardell and Joe Martin.

He leaves to cherish fond memories, wife, Ruby Martin; daughter, Mershell Lowden; sister, Barbara Martin; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Memorial service is 12 noon, Saturday, March 2, 2024, in the Marvin Mattison Memorial Chapel, D. B. Walker Funeral Services.

The family is at the home of his sister, Barbara Martin, 313 Allison Square, Anderson, SC.
