Rebecca H. Hallums, widow of William C. Hallums, Sr., passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at NHC in Anderson.  Born in Central, SC she was the daughter of the late John E. and Leola Cannon Hamilton.

She is survived by three children, William C. Hallums, Jr. (Vera), of Houston, TX, Angela Hallums Sands (Rev. Darell Sands) of Piedmont, SC and R. Anesia Boykin (Michael) of Chesapeake, VA; sister, Betty R. Hamilton of Radcliff, Kentucky; one sister-in-law, Polly Hamilton of Central, SC.; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Saturday at Central United Methodist Church, 722 W. Main Street, Central, SC, with burial to follow in Memory Gardens. Public viewing will be Friday from 2 - 6 p.m. at D. B. Walker Funeral Services, and the body will be placed in the church on Saturday at 11:30 a.m.
