Willie Parnese Isom Kirksey, 91, departed this earth on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at NHC.

Born in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of Reverend Alonzo and Willie Geer Isom.  She was retired from McCants Junior High School where she was a food service worker.  Parnese was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.

Parnese was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Herbert Kirksey, three brothers, Joe B., Cleo and J. T. Isom; five sisters, Costella Isom, Jewel Little, Dorothy Boseman, Robbie Isom and Sophia Isom.

She leaves to cherish fond memories, two sons, Bobby R. (Shirley) Isom, Anderson, SC; Roland Kirksey, McCormick, SC; daughters, Dorothy Elaine (Rev. Robert) Johnson and Sharon D. Rogers, both of Anderson, SC ; Sylvia Kirksey, Columbia, SC; Dathne Van-Buren, Bowie, Maryland; seven grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services are 12 noon Sunday at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery and the body will be on public view Saturday from 2 pm until 6 pm.

The family is at 501 Buena Vista, Anderson, SC.
