He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray Merriweather.

He leaves to cherish fond memories, his wife Heidi Walker Merriweather; sons, Zykharie Merriweather, Talik Merriweather, Amarion Lomax Walker, Billy R. Merriweather, Jr., Billy R. Merriweather, III; daughters, Zyhakiah Mattress, Zhourney Merriweather, Zurrie Merriweather, Zeandrea Merriweather, Talasia Merriweather and Zoe Merriweather; mother, Marie B. Merriweather; brother, Kelvin Lamar Merriweather and one niece, Kamarionna Merriweather; sister, Roshanda Merriweather Fuller; other relatives and many friends.

A private service will be held at a later date.
