FRANCES LEE SIMMONS

Williamston, SC – Frances Lee Pickens Simmons, 72, of 108 Tripp Street, died Monday, September 6, 2021, at her home.

Born in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Warren Pickens and Florine Jones Pickens. She was a graduate of Spearman High School and a member of Zion Church of God Holiness.

She leaves to cherish loving memories, husband Joe Nathan Simmons, Sr., of the home; three sons, Joe Nathan Simmons, Jr. (Anita), Williamston, SC; Robert Nathaniel Simmons, Piedmont, SC and Lorenzo Lawrence Simmons (Dionne), Anderson, SC; five grandchildren, Travis, Darius, Jada, Autumn and Lawrence Simmons; two great-grandchildren, Tessa and Justice Simmons; two sisters, Corrine Isaac, Los Angeles, CA and Josephine Pickens, Anderson, SC.

Memorial services will be 2 pm Saturday at Zion Church of God Holiness.

The family is at the home.
