Mrs Ila Mae Gordon, 96, of 963 Belmina St. in Pendleton, SC, passed away on August 13, 2016 at her home.
She is survived by one son Johnny M. Gordon (Barbara) of Pendleton, SC; four daughters, Janice Pierce of Atlanta, GA, Mae Frances Hameed of Riverdale, GA, and Norma J. Gantt and Faye Jones (Lawrence) both of Pendleton, SC; one sister, Lizzie B. Burton of Martin, GA; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services are 11 am Saturday at Silver Spring Baptist Church with burial in Memory Gardens, Clemson, SC. The body is at D.B. Walker Funeral Home and will be on view beginning at 12 noon Friday and will be placed in the church Saturday at 10 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to SSBC Pulpit Aide Committee, 967 Belmina Street, Pendleton, SC 29670.
