James Gregory Simmons

James Gregory Simmons, 52, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024, at Callie and John Rainey Hospice House.  Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Wade Simmons and Irene Glover.

He was preceded in death by his father, and one brother, Wade Simmons.

He leaves to cherish fond memories, his mother, Irene Glover Jennings; twin daughters, Shaniqua and Shuniqua Simmons; five sons, James Simmons, Cornelious Jones, Javontay Brown, Tarell Brown and Jamarcus Brown; three grandchildren, Brooklyn Simmons, Ka’meron Jones and Saint Jones, all of Anderson, SC; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial service is 2 pm Saturday in the Marvin R. Mattison Memorial Chapel, D. B. Walker Funeral Service. Family members are at their respective homes.
