Mr. Joe Nathan Williams, 59, of 112 Davenport Road, Simpsonville SC, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown, Greenville, SC.
Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of John and Mary Joyce Robinson Williams.
Joe was a 1979 graduate of T.L. Hanna High School. He attended Tri-County Technical College as well as Truck Driving School in North Carolina. Joe was employed at Milliken Industries until he became sick. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Joe also enjoyed fishing and watching his Dallas Cowboys play.
He was preceded in death by his son, Rashaun Williams; his brother, Antonio Williams, maternal grandparents Mr. Joseph and Mrs. Ludie Robinson and paternal grandparents Mr. Louvell and Mrs. Myrtude Williams. Mr. Joe Nathan Williams, 59, of 112 Davenport Road, Simpsonville SC,
He leaves to mourn his passing, his loving wife, Evangelist Jean Randolph Williams, Simpsonville, SC; parents, John and Mary Williams, Anderson, SC; two sisters, Geraldine W. Sloan (Calvin) and Isa Williams (Cain), both of Anderson, SC; four grandchildren, Aaliyah Williams, Trinity Williams, Zai-Niah Hill and Deshaun Bennett; two nieces, Brittany Williams and Demetria Williams; two nephews, Xavier Pickens and Tyler Pickens; one great-niece and one great-nephew; and a host of many relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held on Friday, April 30th from 4-8 pm at D.B. Walker Funeral Services in Anderson, SC. Graveside Services will be Saturday, May 1st at 12 noon at Mt Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery.
