Obituary
Marshall Oliver Robinson, 58, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023.
Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Bennie Robinson, Sr. and Lydia Williams Robinson. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Honea Path, SC and employed with Electrolux.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Frances Sherard.
He leaves to mourn his passing, three sons, Khalil Jawunn Robinson, Iva, SC; Damarcus Orlando (Shakema) Robinson, Greenwood, SC and Dereeun Robinson, Abbeville, SC; one daughter, Decota Monique Pickens, Anderson, SC; two brothers, Barry Robinson, Anderson, SC and Allen (Judy) Robinson, Honea Path, SC; five sisters, Joyce Ann Burts, Wanda Rainey and Minister Tracy (Tyrone) Jones, all of Anderson, SC; Mary Elaine (Jeffrey) Crosby, Belton, SC and Jacqueline Hatten, Starr, SC; six grandchildren and a special friend, Brenda Hunter, Abbeville, SC; other relatives and many friends.
The funeral service is 1 pm Saturday at Liberty Baptist Church and burial will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing is 3-7 pm Friday at D. B. Walker Funeral Services and the body will be placed in the church Saturday at 12 noon.
The family is at the home of his sister, Minister Tracy (Tyrone) Jones, 108 Nates Berry Road, Anderson, SC
