Michael James Magwood

Michael James Magwood, 72 years old, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital.  Born In Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late James Magwood and Bezena Banks Magwood.  He retired from the US Post Office after thirty years and relocated to Pendleton, SC.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, two grandchildren, Troy Edward Palmer, Jr. and Cole Michael Evans.

Michael leaves to cherish fond memories, one daughter, Michelle Renee Magwood, Bradenton, FL; twin brother, Milton Magwood (Bonnie), Baltimore, MD and one sister, Malven Palmer, Pendleton, SC; four grandchildren, Brian Emery Stephens, Antwon Troy Antonio Evans, Michael Clay Evans and Kayla Michelle Rae Evans; five great-grandchildren, Jordon Cole Palmer, Brian Emery Stephens, II, Dominique Juanita Michelle Stephens, Neno Anthony Stephens and Keyani Michelle Rae Evans; devoted nephew, Eric Palmer and loving niece, Adajah Lipscomb, both of Pendleton, SC; other nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
