Nazra La Varn Pickens (Crosby)

Nazra La Varn Pickens, 62, of 110 Washington St. Belton, SC, died on September 11, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Pressley and Dorothy Mae Baird Pressley.

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Portia Malessa Pressley.

Nazra leaves behind to cherish fond memories her husband, Anthony Crosby, of the home, five children, Onaje' Pickens, Berry Pickens ll (Kelly), SanToya Dogan (Nathaniel), Radethra Latimer (Brian), and LaMisa Livingston (Tony); three step-children, Jeremiah Crosby, Keysha Galloway, and Kita Crosby-Williams (Edward); and fourteen grandchildren.

Funeral services are 11 am Saturday in the Marvin Mattison Memorial Chapel with the family receiving friends from 10 am until the hour of service.  Ms. Pickens will be on view Friday at the funeral home from 3-7 pm.

The family is at the home of her son, Berry Pickens II, 710 Breazeale Street, Belton, SC 29627
