Oscar D. Barrios Mazariegos, 29, passed away on January 22. 2026.  Born in Guatemala, he was the son of the late Oscar Otoniel Barrios y Barrios and Trinis Mazariegos. Oscar was a self-employed mechanic.

Oscar leaves to cherish loving memories his mother, and sister, Francisca Carlota Barrios Mazariegos, of Rome, GA; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 11 am until 3 p.m. in the Marvin Mattison Memorial Chapel, D. B. Walker Funeral Services.

Final rites will be held at a later date in Guatemala.
