Rossie Evelena Earle

Mrs. Rossie Evelena Earle, 91, of 407 Douglas Street, Anderson, SC, passed away at her home on Friday, March 13, 2026.

Mrs. Earle was born in Lowndesville, SC, on January 24, 1935, and she was the daughter of Rebecca Burriss.  Mrs. Earle retired from Anderson Memorial Hospital, and in her early years she worked at Bobbie Dan Blouse Manufacturing. She was a member of Mt. Carmel CME Church.

Mrs. Earle was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Rowan Earle, her mother, Rebecca Burriss, her grandson, Patriquos Earle, her brother, Moses Green, and her sister, Rebecca Dianne Ward.

Mrs. Earle leaves to cherish fond memories, three daughters, Patricia Ann Crosby, Vivian Elaine Hunter, and Melissa Patrelle Staley, all of Anderson, SC; two brothers, Ronnie and Melvin Green, both of Anderson, SC; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service is 1 pm Thursday at Mt. Carmel CME Church with burial to follow in New Silverbrook Cemetery.  Public viewing is on Wednesday at D. B. Walker Funeral Services from 3-7 pm.
